Corporate identity is the representation or image that the public has of an organization or a company, it is the way in which the company transmits who it is, what it is, what it does and how it does it.
Corporate identity is the image of the company, the brand image and the product image. The first refers to the institutional image of the company; the second, to the set of visual and verbal signs that it chooses to identify itself, signs that represent said organization in the mind of the public; and the third refers to the place occupied by the products and services offered by the organization compared to others that may exist in the market.
